 Bike Fit

Tri 3 Training bike fit is an invasive approach that optimizes your bike performance by measuring several angles and analyzing your alignment to ensure proper fit.

Price: $50 

 1 on 1 Training

Tri 3 Training 1 on 1 training gives you the ability to hone in on one aspect of your training, whether that be swiming, cycling or running.  Sessions can include video analysis, drills, technique critique and correction, sport specific exercises, and breakthrough workouts.

Price: $35/hr
